Dr. Wunning graduated number one in his class from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and received numerous honors and awards during his doctoral studies and post-graduate work. He is well trained having graduated from a three year podiatric medicine and surgery residency as well as completed a fellowship in advanced foot and ankle surgery. He continues to participate in numerous conferences, seminars, courses, and advanced studies on all aspects of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Wunning has conducted research, written papers, and is a frequent presentator at medical conferences presenting on various topics regarding foot and ankle medicine and surgery. He is a member of a number of foot and ankle medical associations at the national and state level. He is dual board certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery (in both foot surgery as well as reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery) as well as by the American Board Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Wunning has also donated his personal time to provide foot and ankle care with other medical professionals to the needy in Honduras, Central America.

Dr. Wunning is originally from Peoria, Illinois, and moved to Ohio to complete his fellowship in advanced reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. His enjoys running, physical fitness, nutrition, gardening, and spending time with his family.

  • College: Ran for North Central College (NCAA Division III) in Cross Country and Track & Field, specializing in the 800 meters, 1,500 meters, and 1 mile. Achieved high national rankings (2nd, 3rd, and 4th).
  • Post-Collegiate: Completed over 100 road and trail races, including the Chicago (2006, 2009), New York (2010), and Peoria (2013) marathons. Qualified four times for the Boston Marathon. Logged over 45,000 miles throughout a running career that spans various race distances from 1 mile to ultra-marathons.

Michael E. Marshall

Dr. Marshall pursued his doctorate in Cleveland where he graduated from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his medical and surgical residency with additional training in rearfoot/reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio. During his training Dr. Marshall developed polished skills that encompass the entire foot and ankle including sports medicine, foot and ankle trauma, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care. In his final year of residency Dr. Marshall held the title of Chief Resident. Dr. Marshall focuses on the entire wellbeing of the patient, staying current with the latest techniques and literature to deliver high quality care to his patients.

Dr. Marshall is a native of southeast Ohio. He is a former athlete playing football and basketball and continues to share his passion for sports with others around him. Dr. Marshall has volunteered his time as an assistant football coach at the freshman level of an inner-city Cleveland school, where he enjoyed teaching the fundamentals and sharing his knowledge to develop the players skill. His passion for the sports allows him to treat athletes of all backgrounds surgically and non-surgically to keep them active in what they love.

Dr. Marshall is excited to be part of the Foot and Ankle Center of Ohio. He treats surgical and non-surgical conditions of the foot and ankle. He prides himself on his gentile hands and compassionate care of his patients. Dr. Marshall is currently accepting new patients.

Daniel P. Bullard
DPM

Foot & Ankle Specialist and Surgeon

Dr. Bullard completed his podiatric medical and surgical education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating fourth in his class. During his time at podiatric medical school, he excelled at both surgical and non-surgical treatments for the foot & ankle. The diversity of his studies can be demonstrated by the award he won for excellence in General Medicine. Dr. Bullard then went on to receive further foot and ankle training at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, OH; where he gained valuable experience serving an under privileged community. Also, during his time at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, he presented at multiple scientific conferences and won the Residency Rumble Quiz Competition at the 2019 Midwest Residency Education Summit. 

Dr. Bullard’s education and training has allowed him to obtain extensive knowledge and expertise in the foot and ankle. He specializes in both nonsurgical and surgical care of the foot and ankle. He has a keen interest with regards to running, sports medicine, reconstructive foot & ankle surgery, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, foot & ankle trauma and ankle arthroscopy. 

Prior to his podiatric training, Dr. Bullard was a very competitive athlete, competing in wrestling, cross country and track for North Olmsted High School. He was a Cadet national Qualifier in wrestling, but ultimately chose his love of running and went on to compete for Kent State University. He and his wife, Kristina, enjoy running, Kent State University and playing with their two dogs in their free time. He is accepting new patients.

Jonathan M. Moss
DPM, AACFAS

Fellowship Trained Foot and Ankle Specialist & Surgeon

Dr. Moss completed his podiatric medical and surgical education at Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in the top 1/3rd of his class. Dr. Moss served out academic roles and received many academic honors and awards during his medical education. After graduation, Dr. Moss was accepted into the intense training program at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, Cleveland Ohio, gaining great insight, training, and knowledge in surgical and non-surgical treatment of the foot and ankle. During residency, Dr. Moss took the approach to serve the community and his patients with the same philosophy he holds true today, “treat all patients like family.” Dr. Moss also had the pleasure of being selected to serve as the Chief Resident for his surgical residency program during his 3rd year.

After residency training, Dr. Moss went on to complete a fellowship in advanced revisional foot and ankle reconstruction in Canton Ohio. During fellowship, Dr. Moss was trained in new and advance surgical techniques including, diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine, lower limb deformity correction, 3D correction (Lapiplasty) and minimal invasive bunion correction, total ankle replacement (TAR), revisional reconstruction, 3D printed total talus replacements, external fixation correction, foot & ankle trauma, and ankle arthroscopy.

Dr. Moss is originally from Orange County, California, and moved to Ohio with his wife and 3 children. On his free time, Dr. Moss enjoys educating the next generation of foot and ankle surgeons, watching live professional sports, cycling, outdoor activities, traveling, cooking, baking goodies for his family as well as doing home improvements.
